Renowned Expert in Law and Philosophy to Deliver Lecture at Rutgers-Camden March 29



Antony Duff, a professor of law at
the University of Minnesota Law School, will deliver his lecture, “Presuming
Innocence: Who Must Presume What, of Whom?” at the Rutgers School of Law–Camden
in room 106 on Thursday, March 29 at 4:30 p.m.

Duff, a professor emeritus in the
Department of Philosophy at the University of Stirling in Scotland, is a leading
expert on the philosophy of punishment and is internationally recognized for
his expertise in criminal law and its structure.

The free lecture is presented by
the Rutgers Institute for Law and Philosophy and is open to the public. For
