April 17th Career Fair at Rutgers University in Newark Will Feature 45 Employers for Students, Alumni Seeking Jobs, Internships

 

 

WHAT:  The 30thth annual Rutgers University, Newark Spring Career Fair, aimed at bringing together employers and candidates seeking full-time employment and internships.

 

WHO:  The Career Development Center at Rutgers University, Newark; recruiters representing 45 employers including AT&T, Barnes & Noble, the NJ State Police, Prudential Financial, Sherwin-Williams and State Farm Insurance; and hundreds of Rutgers students and alumni.

 

WHEN:  April 17, 10 a.m. -11:40 a.m., 1:30 p.m.-3 p.m.

 

WHERE:  Paul Robeson Campus Center, Essex Room 232, 350 Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd., Newark

 

BACKGROUND: This 30th annual spring career fair, organized by Rutgers-Newark Career Development Center director Thomas Hopkins, is designed for  students and alumni seeking employment in a broad range of fields, from disciplines including business, the humanities, social and behavioral sciences, law enforcement, criminal justice, technology and financial services.
