The Rutgers identity website has been updated to include the new visual identity guidelines manual. The core set of downloadable university and campus graphic signatures, as well as school and college signatures, is also available.

All signatures will be built by the Department of University Relations' Office of Creative Services, which is responsible for the implementation and management of the new system. Academic and administrative units that feel they need a unique signature may submit a request through an online form.
To assist you with the transition to the new visual identity system, updated web templates have been developed and are available through the online toolkit. (A Net ID and password are required.) In addition, business cards, letterhead, and envelopes featuring the new visual identity are available through Mail and Document Services, the preferred supplier for all stationery products.
The new visual identity system, already visible on Rutgers' main website, will be phased in over time to allow all schools and units the opportunity to make the necessary changes in their materials in a reasonable and cost-effective manner, said Kim Manning, vice president of the Department of University Relations.
“We are asking units to continue to use current supplies while they last and to shift to the new identity when restocking or placing orders for new items,” Manning said.
In addition to the guidelines and tools found on the identity website, training will be available through University Human Resources' Professional Development Program in collaboration with University Relations and other supporting units. Click here for the most current information.
